I have been working with my bro Andy to give my Early Christian Writings website a nice, new look. Here you can sample the designs that we have cooked up for two of the most important pages, the "text information" page and the "text translation" page. Please, please, please leave a comment to let me know what you think of it, aesthetically or otherwise.

About the menu: basically it takes around 5 seconds for the JavaScript menu to process (this is faster on non-Internet Explorer browsers, especially Firefox). So, when you comment, in addition to the layout and images, you can comment on the JavaScript menu feature. Please give me any ideas that you have. Also, I am open to suggestions for the front page.

In Jewish Law, the Burial of Jesus, and the Third Day, Richard Carrier draws upon information concerning Jewish laws concerning burial. He concludes that Jesus, according to the law, would have been buried in a graveyard reserved for criminals.
